Craig Sorce, OD is a graduate of the University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) College of Optometry. Dr. Sorce holds DPA and TPA certification and is licensed to treat visual and medical conditions of the eye. Dr. Sorce has served clinical externships in primary care optometry, low vision, vision therapy, geriatric vision, ocular pathology and contact lenses. During his externships, Dr. Sorce treated patients at the St. Louis Optometric Center, Colorado Optometric Center, Dover Air Force Base, Cochran VA Medical Center and University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) Center for Eye Care and Vision Research.
Dr. Sorce is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the AOA Contact Lens, Cornea, and Sportsvision Sections. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) College of Optometry. He is also a member, past president and Missouri Optometric Association trustee of the St. Louis Optometric Society. During his distinguished academic career, he was honored as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. Today, Dr. Sorce is an active member of the St. Louis Rotary Club and has served on the Rotary Board of Directors. Additionally, Dr. Sorce is a past winner of the CIBA Vision Contact Lens Achievement Award.
